These Booking Terms apply to virtual Meet & Greets, remote collaboration sessions, and other scheduled virtual appointments offered by MissMacknOG. They are intended to establish clear expectations, protect everyone participating, and maintain a safe and professional experience.
1. Eligibility and Session Purpose
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Virtual Meet & Greets are provided for fan engagement, conversation, and entertainment.
- Collaboration sessions are limited to the professional or creative purpose described in the booking confirmation.
- No booking includes adult content, sexual services, explicit activity, or private personal arrangements.
2. Booking Confirmation and Payment
Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. A session is confirmed only after it has been accepted, any required payment has been successfully processed, and confirmation has been provided.
The price, scheduled duration, and general session description shown during booking apply to that appointment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual sessions are one-time bookings and do not renew automatically.
3. Professional Conduct and Personal Boundaries
All participants must remain respectful and fully clothed throughout the session.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Nudity, exposure, or sexually explicit behavior
- Requests for sexual poses, movements, actions, conversation, or adult content
- Harassment, threats, pressure, discrimination, or abusive language
- Attempts to obtain private contact, romantic access, or services that were not offered
- Any conduct that creates a safety, privacy, or professional concern
A session may be ended immediately if these rules are violated. When a session is terminated because of a participant’s misconduct, the booking is forfeited without a refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Recording, Screenshots, and Privacy
Recording, photographing, screen-recording, taking screenshots, live-streaming, transcribing, rebroadcasting, or otherwise capturing a session is prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted by MissMacknOG.
Session access may not be shared with another person. Participants are responsible for choosing a private and appropriate environment for their call.
5. Scheduling, Lateness, and Missed Sessions
- Participants are responsible for confirming the date, time, and applicable time zone shown in the booking confirmation.
- Session time begins at the scheduled start time.
- Late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time.
- A missed session or failure to attend may be treated as a no-show and forfeited without refund.
- Interruptions caused by the participant’s surroundings do not pause or extend the booking.
6. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for having a functioning device, stable internet connection, working camera and microphone when required, and access to the platform identified in the booking confirmation.
Refunds are not provided for connection failures, incompatible devices, forgotten login information, blocked permissions, or other technical problems caused by the participant’s equipment, internet service, settings, or environment.
If a substantial technical problem occurs on MissMacknOG’s side or through the selected platform, a reasonable reschedule will be offered first. If the session cannot be provided or reasonably rescheduled, the amount paid for the undelivered session will be refunded as required by applicable law.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Bookings are generally final and nonrefundable once confirmed. A participant-requested reschedule may be considered under approved circumstances but is not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.
Refunds or replacement sessions are not provided for:
- Change of mind or failure to attend
- Late arrival
- Participant-side technical problems
- Inappropriate behavior or violation of these Booking Terms
- Requests for services or activities that were never offered
- Attempts to record, capture, or redistribute a session without permission
If MissMacknOG needs to change a confirmed appointment, a replacement time will be offered. If the session cannot be provided within a reasonable period and an alternative cannot be agreed upon, the payment for the undelivered session will be returned.
Nothing in these Booking Terms removes any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Collaboration Sessions
A collaboration call does not by itself create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, endorsement, representation agreement, guaranteed project, or promise of future work.
Any creative deliverables, usage rights, licensing, production work, or additional services must be confirmed separately in writing.
9. Agreement and Related Policies
By completing a booking, the participant acknowledges these Booking Terms and the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
