Digital Refund Policy

✅ All Sales Are Final

Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. Once access to digital content (including GIFs, videos, downloads, or member areas) is granted, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted.

Access grants entry to a private digital content platform. Content availability, volume, format, and update frequency may vary and are not guaranteed.

🧾 By Purchasing, You Agree:

• You are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method.
• You will not dispute or reverse charges after access is granted.
• You understand that digital content is provided for personal use and experience, not for guaranteed outcomes or expectations.
• Attempted fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, or false claims may result in permanent account removal and authorization to pursue recovery of losses.

⚠️ Unauthorized Chargebacks = Digital Theft

Chargebacks submitted after receiving digital content or membership access are classified as digital theft and may be escalated to my payment processor’s fraud department.

🔁 Cancellations

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Canceling stops future charges only and does not refund the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your plan anytime from your account settings.
