Welcome to the MissMacknOG Shop. By placing an order for any physical product, you agree to the Terms of Sale outlined below.

🛒 1) Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Sale apply to physical products purchased from missmacknog.com. Digital products, memberships, and access to member areas are governed by the Digital Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

🚚 2) Order Processing & Shipping

• All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.
• Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.
• Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

We will always aim to fulfill orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

🏠 3) Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.
• Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

💳 4) Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Payment must be completed before processing begins.
• Prices and availability may change at any time.

🔁 5) Returns & Exchanges

Because many MissMacknOG products are limited edition or made-to-order, all sales are final except when items arrive damaged.

• No returns for size, color, or change of mind
• No refunds for carrier delays
• No returns for items damaged after delivery

By purchasing, you acknowledge that product descriptions, images, and representations are provided for reference and may vary slightly due to production, lighting, or display differences.

📦 6) Damaged Items

Contact techbaddie@missmacknog.com within 7 days with order number and photos.

⚖️ 7) Shipping Responsibility

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Lost or stolen packages must be handled through carrier claims.

MissMacknOG is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or lost packages once shipment has been confirmed.

🌍 8) International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, and delays caused by inspections.

🎨 9) Product Variations

Colors and materials may vary slightly due to production and display differences.

🧠 10) Intellectual Property

All MissMacknOG branding and designs are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

🚨 11) Fraud & Chargebacks

Fraudulent disputes may result in account bans and recovery actions.

📝 12) Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Certain products may be marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition.

• All sales are final
• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations
• Inventory may not be restocked

• Payment is collected at time of purchase
• Ship dates are estimates and may change
• Orders may ship together when all items are ready
• Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production begins

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

• Cart does not guarantee availability
• Orders confirmed after payment
• Oversells may result in partial cancellation + refund/store credit

🎄 17) Holiday & Peak Shipping Delays

• Transit delays may occur during peak seasons
• External factors (weather, customs, carriers) are out of our control
• Order early for time-sensitive needs
