Welcome to the MissMacknOG Shop. By placing an order for any physical product, you agree to the Terms of Sale outlined below.

🛒 1) Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Sale apply to physical products purchased from missmacknog.com. Digital products, memberships, and access to member areas are governed by the Digital Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

🚚 2) Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.
  • Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

We will always aim to fulfill orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

🏠 3) Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders shipped to the address provided cannot be rerouted once sent.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address issue, contact support immediately. If the order has already begun processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.

💳 4) Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees are shown at checkout.
  • Payment must be successfully completed before your order is processed.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue items, or correct pricing errors at any time.

By placing an order, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the selected payment method.

🔁 5) Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products Only)

Because many MissMacknOG products may be limited edition, made-to-order, or produced in small batches, all physical product sales are final, except where an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Wrong size, color, or style ordered
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Packages delayed by the carrier
  • Items marked “final sale”

📦 6) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at missmacknog@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging.

If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either send a replacement or issue store credit for a future purchase. No cash refunds are provided.

⚖️ 7) Shipping Losses & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
  • Damage caused by the carrier in transit
  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not located by the customer

If your package goes missing, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed in these situations.

🌍 8) International Orders

MissMacknOG ships worldwide, except to countries restricted by U.S. law, sanctions, or carrier limitations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes / VAT
  • Handling charges assessed by their country
  • Delays caused by customs inspections

We do not issue refunds for packages held or delayed by customs, returned due to unpaid duties/fees, or destroyed/confiscated by customs authorities.

🎨 9) Product Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to ensure product photos, descriptions, colors, and sizing details are accurate, but slight variations may occur due to display settings, materials, or manufacturing tolerances.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or update product designs
  • Limit quantities per order or per customer
  • Discontinue items at any time

🧠 10) Intellectual Property (Merch & Designs)

All product artwork, logos, text, and branding — including MissMacknOG designs — are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or resell MissMacknOG designs
  • Create derivative works from MissMacknOG artwork
  • Use our branding on unapproved products

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

🚨 11) Fraud & Chargebacks

We take fraud, theft, and abuse of the chargeback system seriously.

By purchasing, you agree that you will not file a chargeback or dispute after receiving the product unless there is a valid, good-faith issue that you have first attempted to resolve with us.

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in:

  • Immediate account removal and blocking from future purchases
  • Submission of your case and evidence to our payment processor’s fraud department
  • Efforts to recover losses, including any fees and costs associated with the dispute

If you have a problem with your order, the correct first step is to email support, not to open a dispute with your bank.

📝 12) Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing or production has begun.
  • If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at techbaddie@missmacknog.com
  • Approval of any cancellation request is not guaranteed.

🔥 14) Final Sale & Limited-Edition Items

Certain products may be marked as “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition.”

For these items:

  • All sales are final.
  • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.
  • Inventory is limited and may not be restocked.

Final Sale and Limited-Edition items are intended for collectors and fans who understand that availability is not guaranteed once stock sells out.

🕒 15) Pre-Order Terms

From time to time, MissMacknOG may offer items on pre-order.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.
  • Estimated ship dates are approximate and may change due to production or supplier delays.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together when all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, except at MissMacknOG’s discretion.

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a replacement item or store credit for the amount paid.

⚡ 16) Limited Stock & High-Demand Releases

For high-demand drops, collabs, or limited runs:

  • Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • In the rare event of an inventory error or oversell, MissMacknOG reserves the right to cancel the affected item and issue store credit or a refund for that item only.

We aim to keep inventory accurate, but limited releases may sell out quickly.

🎄 17) Holiday & Peak-Season Shipping Delays

During holidays and peak seasons (such as November–December):

  • Processing times may still be within 7–10 business days, but carrier transit times can be significantly longer.
  • Weather, carrier overload, and customs delays are outside of our control.
  • We recommend placing holiday orders early to improve the chances of on-time arrival.

MissMacknOG is not responsible for missed event dates, holidays, or occasions caused by carrier or customs delays, and such delays do not qualify for refunds.
